Outstanding warranty service on my TV. They were quick in contacting me as soon as LG dispatched my warranty ticket to them. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. When my part came in, the technician Matt was prompt, professional, thorough, and friendly. If I ever have another need for repair of an item that CTS covers, I will absolutely call them. We have been using CTS for storage and IT needs for a number of years. Recently, we were hit with a CrytoVirus attack. CTS was extremely responsive and had our server, workstations and other equipment back up and running within 24 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
