As an independent sales rep, my laptop is my most important tool. I rely on it every single day. Ive had several different computer guys over my 40 year career, but none better than Jeff. He is the most technically competent of them all as-well as being the most responsive. He not only fixes the problem, but also very often suggests improvements to increase my machines performance. Its a real comfort, knowing I can depend on him and I recommend his services without hesitation.

I called Jeff on a Friday morning, and after talking to the references he gave me, I dropped my HP laptop at his place on Saturday. I had my computer back on Sunday in perfect working order, virus and Trojan free. Jeff takes the time to explain the issues in simple terms that can be understood by a non-techie. He also advised me on how to upgrade my memory, and how to lighten the load on my system. Very satisfied.

Recently Jeff worked on 2 older IBM Thinkpads we have. Compared to other experiences I've had with tech support, Jeff was a breath of fresh air. He treats you like a friend, he does his best to explain things in simple terms, and most importantly he knows what he's doing. The computers work great now, they're fast, reliable, I couldn't have asked for more.
Jeff gave us a timeframe and stuck to it, he kept us informed throughout the project, gave us options as well as recommendations. He really seems to like doing this work and it shows in the way he goes about it.
