I've been here a few times now. This last time, I took in a rather new Lenovo PC I got from Best Buy that I was disappointed with out of the box. It was very sluggish, especially on startup. Starting up sluggishness would be so excessive at times that just logging in could take 5 to 10 minutes. It would also continue after startup, freezing intermittently. The service technician Trent recommended if I really wanted to improve the performance drastically to upgrade the hardware to solid-state.
He had it done a day later, and when I started it up at home, the difference was night and day from the get go. I doubt Geek Squad at Best Buy would have recommended this, the best solution. Not only is the service provided a thousand times better than Geek Squad, Trent doesn't talk your ear off and give you 10 different forms to fill out like Geek Squad. He just talks to you person to person with what you are concerned about.

Found this after my dad's computer wasn't booting up and they fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. Followed that up with taking a friend's computer in as the cd player wasn't working and again fixed timely and at a very reasonable price. I will continue to use in the future if needed
