Brought my daughter's computer in after a "chain" repair shop couldn't get parts to fix it. Frank knew how to fix it without buying any new parts. Frank is a friendly, straightforward professional who values his customers. Both times I've used his shop I have been nothing short of completely satisfied with every aspect of the service. First, he identified a part that was broken and told me what he found with no charge (and quickly too!) About a year later when I had an unrelated issue, he actually helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Like magic, his suggestions worked perfectly and my PC was working again without even taking it in!

I took my gaming computer to see why it wouldn't start up and it turns out my motherboard fried. I decided to upgrade a few parts as well and while I was waiting to find and buy the new parts the gentlemen was kind enough and patient enough to let me leave my computer there(2 months) As soon as all my parts came in it was only a few days till he had it all ready. Even upgraded my fan free of charge! The man does good work and charges an honest amount. Definitely recommended and will be taking it in if I need any upgrades or fixes! 10/10

Highly suggest going here! My computer was completely black and making a weird noise so I brought it in (it is a brand new computer). Frank replaced the hard drive on my computer in 1 day! Works really well now and even installed an anti virus software for free!

I was in a position to buy a new computer, before I did, I called Profix. I had a great conversation with Frank, instead of having to spend over 400$ we had a old computer that could possibly work. I mention this to Frank and he recommended I bring it in for a look see. Profix took a look and for 70$ he was able to restore this computer. My recommendation is to call Profix before making a knee jerk decision on spending hundreds of dollars. Thank you Frank !!! I will obviously recommend you to all my friends & thanks for being fair & honest about the repairs.
