Brought PC in for CPU overheat issue, $80 diagnostic for something I already knew and they cant get a new cooler from corsair they claim, but when I want the part number/name of cooler they don't know. How does somebody open a second ticket to corsair for a part that they don't have a part number or name for? Waste of time & money for zero new info.

I brought my laptop into Cyber Works today with garbled Word documents and the technician corrected the problem in five minutes. He also explained to me how to avoid encountering the same problem in the future. There was no charge. I highly recommend Cyber Works.

Went to two other places batteries plus went back there and then came back and said they couldn't help us and then we went to Best Buy and they said make it appointment and they just made us go through a loop in a loop and we just walked out and then we went to second works and in like five minutes they came back and had a screw out no charge
