He has been taking care of my automotive shop's IT for nearly 4 years. When I have an issue Steve literally makes every effort to have me back up and running so I can eliminate down time. Steve is great with making sure everything in your computer is working at a maximum capability and make it run like brand new again. If you computer is running slow or needing an upgrade to your system, Steve is the person yo talk to and get advice on how to maximize your computer. I have personal brought my computer to him and he analyzed it and made it better than you. I strongly recommend him to anyone who need computer work done.

I always go to Steve for anything computer/laptop or tech related. He is super knowledgeable, professional and handles everything in a timely manner. He has helped in advising which laptops/computers to get, has aided in back up and recovery and also with setting up all of my laptops and computers for home and business. I feel more at ease coming here than to a large place like Best Buy where you are just another number and they don't care about customer service. Highly recommend this business!

I originally met Steve from Promacs when he set up networks for our agency and did other heavy-duty tech projects that large companies need. When I went out on my own, I worried that Promacs, having such high-level experience, would not understand my needs as a sole proprietor, or be affordable. I was wrong on both counts. Promacs has been my go-to solution for many years now, doing everything from small issues to really tough technical stuff. Steve from Promacs has helped me configure and set up our three computers, been on call when something goes down, rescued precious photos on hard-drives, and set up wi-fi networks throughout the house.
I have found him to be very honest, thorough and knowledgeable. He will spend the time it takes to work through complicated problems, sometimes working late. Promacs fixes both Macs and PCs in our house. I cannot recommend Promacs highly enough - in my experience, there has been no technical problem Steve can't solve.

He always responds promptly to my requests. As he works, he patiently explains his findings and answers my questions. He also provides helpful tips on best practices.
