I dropped my phone yesterday - and now it isn't ringing only vibrating - and when I try to use the buttons on the side of the phone- it says it's in "silent mode" ? How do I get it out of the silent mode?? I spent an hour on the phone with an Apple Technician Twice today with no results other than phone not repairable, guess youll need to purchase a new phone. I sent the above text to Wise I.T. Computer Repair and he responded As soon as he received the message with instructions on what to do to remove phone from silent mode! Thank heavens for Wise I.T. Computer Repair! Its fixed!

Wise I.T. has been very helpful over the years. Chris came and set up several new computers for me and helped with other computer issues. Wise I.T. is absolutely wonderful. My computer and monitor were having issues that I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds of dollars and have my computer out of commission for weeks. Luckily I looked these guys up and Chris (who I spoke to on the phone) was able to head over (in a very timely manner which is rare to find nowadays) and get my computer fixed within the hour charging a very modest fee for the time spent (only 35$!! Geeksquad would be well over the triple digits). He was also able to explain to me how I can better protect my PC from future issues. I can definitely say that these guys are worth every penny and more, so kind and understanding.
