We panicked when our computer completely stopped working. All of the data important to us we feared losing. We got on the internet and looked for someone who could help us. Fortunately we found Andy Wallace and Computer House Call. He came to our house within a few hours of our call and after studying our situation diagnosed the problem. It was a lot of work involving his understanding of computer function which he did in a timely manner.
He successfully resolved the issue and restored all of our data and upgraded our computer. Not only was he extremely efficient but he conveys an air of confidence and knowledge. We are lucky that we found Andy and recommend him without any reservations.
