Found Scott through a basic Google search after spilling something on my laptop keyboard. He was very responsive and thorough via text and the moment the necessary part came in, he made himself available for me to drop the laptop off. In this case, he had the repair done extremely quickly same day. Will go back to him without hesitation for any computer repair needs. Far more efficient and personable than going with a larger company.

It's especially awesome when he can remote in and assist without me having to lug my computer over to the shop and be without it.
