I brought my HP LaserJet Pro color all purpose printer to Printer Techs, and they solved the problem the same day. The problem was not the printer at all. It was an electrical problem involving one of the toner cartridges. That saved me $474 for a new LaserJet less their $63 repair cost.

We really appreciated the wonderful service they gave us on our older HP 3600 color laser printer yesterday. These folks are outstanding. When I decided to scrap my printer after a replacement part didn't solve my problem (there were more problems that needed solving, as it turned out), I returned the part they'd sent me (along with the old part for exchange) rather than have it go to waste. They refunded the cost of the part, less a restocking fee, even though I hadn't asked for or expected a refund.
