Had error message on my Epson meaning Carriage Motor had reached it's limit. Docjams came to my studio with the correct software and fixed it in 15 minutes. Great service. Highly recommend.

Not only has Doc Jams helped to service our old printer but they also sold us a new one which is much more efficient. James took the time to compare models for me based on our needs and usage and find the best printer for my business. We bought a printer from Doc Jams and it has worked great for 3 years. Last week we got a paper jam. I took the machine apart and could not find anything but it kept telling me paper jam. I called Doc jam and they came out the next day and found the smallest piece of paper way inside. We have had them come out for another printer and they found the problem right away and fixed it. They are very nice guys that have come to our office, very efficient and courteous. I have told my friends to call them and they are all happy with their service.
