I needed someone that could come to me and get my sons computer fixed (my car was in the shop and taking a bus with a PC tower didn't sound like a fun time). So after some searching I decided upon James and Reno Geek. One of the reasons is length he has been in business. Another is all the reviews were positive. We set an appt and he was on time. Very polite and professional and let me know what he thought the issue was.
I offered to let him take the computer and work on it at his shop. He kept me informed and gave me a price before ordering parts and beginning work. He also gave me my old parts (something not enough people do/ask for, more to make sure they actually got you new stuff). Since some of the parts came from China it did take a while. But again, I was kept up to date with emails. He brought back the computer, set it up, and verified that everything worked. His pricing was more than fair. Very honest. 5 star review. I can't recommend him enough.

It's rare to find someone in the service industry that is professional, reliable, knowledgeable, has integrity and is reasonably priced. Reno Geek is exactly that. I had a virus and called a few places and was not very impressed with most that I talked to. I had taken the time to look up information about the virus I had and wanted to speak with somebody that knew what they were doing as I did not wish to loose any of my documents I needed for work. Called these guys up and got a man on the phone, not some kid working at the shop after school. Not only did he know all about but was willing to help me over the phone for free.
I downloaded what he told me to use and 2 hours later I was virus free. When I asked how much did they want for the phone support he said it was on the house and just call back if I ever had a REAL problem. Needless to say I am saving their number and have already told a bunch of people.
