Mike Young restored the machine to a state that made it function much faster than when I first got it. He spared no effort to thoroughly explain to me many details about the system and answered many of my questions. All was done the day I brought the machine in for service. Mike is very knowledgeable, courteous and all at a quite reasonable price. I highly recommend him as a person you can trust to take expert care of your computer needs.
