Gary has been helping me with my business computers for at least 8 years now. I highly recommend him for his quick and efficient help with all things "computer". He has helped me move my office, upgrade my computer system at least twice, and doesn't make me feel foolish if I don't understand something. Also, he is a really nice guy. If you don't want to deal with computer nonsense, he is a great resource to have.

Went in to work the other day and our main computer wouldn't boot up. After trying a few things to no avail, I scheduled Gary w/The Ziris Group to come out and look at it. He was prompt and quickly identified our problem. A bad boot sector on the hard drive. YIKES! All of our Quickbooks files were on there as well as some other data we couldn't afford to lose. Gary removed the drive, plugged it into his laptop and was able to access the data on the hard drive indicating that it wasn't dead yet. (sigh of relief) At his point we talked options and Gary was straightforward and honest with me without putting any undue weight on his services.
This is what prompted me to write the review. A lot of service people tell you what THEY can do for you, omitting options that don't make them any money. Gary charged only a service call for coming out however has earned my trust for future computer needs. Thanks Gary

Gary knows his stuff. I panicked when my computer wouldn't turn on. I was sweating having to explain to my wife about all the potentially lost photos and documents that I hadn't bothered to back up. Even though he was mobile, he triaged the situation over the phone, starting with checking to be sure everything was plugged in. Apparently our puppy had yanked on some cords to where the power source was disconnected. Disaster averted. Got data you don't want to loose, Get Gary.
