Thank you, ASAP Computer Services! You delivered quality diagnosis and repairs to my HP laptop without costing me an arm and a leg. When I called, a very friendly and capable tech talked with me and asked some questions that narrowed down the possible problems I could be having. I appreciated that he explained things in a way I understood easily. The cost was surprisingly affordable, too, compared to other work I've had done on various computers over the years. I will use them again for any other computer issues that come up.

ASAP did a great job fixing my Dell laptop. I knew that it had a virus, but I had no idea how to get rid of it without wiping out my entire hard-drive. They found the virus (several others had tried and failed), removed it, and I didn't lose anything - including my vast folder of photos. I appreciated the speed with which they responded to me, the price was fair, and even though I'm not very technical, everything was explained to me in way that I could understand. They even said that if another problem came up in the next few weeks, they would come back and fix it for no charge. Thank you, ASAP!
