I came in to have a desktop reinstalled into a new case (with some upgraded parts to replace old ones). Two issues came up: 1) He didn't install one of my old drives, just mounted it inside the case but never plugged it in. He claimed that, because he was installing Windows on my new upgraded drive, he wouldn't plug in the old one. 2) He installed the liquid cooling without (lighting control). His reasoning was that I, over the phone apparently, said I did not care about lighting for the cooler, so he decided not to install the cooler in a way that would support it.
He charged me extra for the liquid cooling installation, so I would have expected he'd put maximum effort into installing it. I had to open up my computer to fix both issues, yet he came up with reasons to justify why he didn't do things I asked and wouldn't even offer a partial refund. I don't know if either of these issues were truly misunderstandings, but I don't appreciate that he'd try so hard to take the easy way out with multiple steps of my installation.

Highly Recommend. The screen and the keyboard on my old Lenovo Laptop broke when it fell. PC Expert Services owner was very responsive and immediately let me know if replacement parts are available. His pricing included diagnostics, backing up my hard drive, and even repaired the broken speakers on my laptop. Most importantly, the owner met me on a Saturday to take my laptop. He was extremely polite, courteous and truthful. Something you don't find every day! I can't say enough good things about their service and attention to detail. They are truly experts. Please do not hesitate to take your computer issues to PC EXPERT SERVICES. I know today we have to be careful because you do not know who you can trust. PC EXPERT IS A TRUST WORTHY BUSINESS. They worked on my old DELL Laptop for a week and did not charge me. Then they actuallty sold me an outstand HP laptop for $400.00. It was going to cost $200.00 to fix the old one. This place is supposed to be free diagnose. And it is. However, be careful if you decide not to have them repair your PC. In my case, I decided that the repair estimate was not reasonable and picked up the laptop. Unfortunately, the laptop that was physically in perfect shape before, was damaged in two places when I picked it up. In fact, I replaced the part they diagnosed, but the PC didn't work anyways. Either their diagnosis was wrong or they got angry for not getting authorization to the repair and damaged my laptop. You should probably take a few pictures of your PC before taking it to them.

My laptop is a Samsung ultrabook and as Samsung is no longer in the computer game in the US, it was going to be tough to replace my motherboard with a new one. PC Experts worked with me in a timely manner, letting me know up front that the motherboard would have to be specially ordered and from a refurbished laptop. The repairs were speedily done afterward and I picked my laptop in a COVID safe procedure.

These guys are great. I left a laptop that wasn't powering on. The quote didn't justify spending $ on a 6-year old laptop. So, I asked them to return it. Few days I tried to take out HDD from laptop and found out that it was working. They had fixed it!

They were very helpful and prompt. My laptop wouldn't boot up, and I had some time-sensitive data on it. Because of COVID, I couldn't take the computer to them directly, but I explained the problem over e-mail and I was able to drop the computer off at a convenient drop site early the next morning. They diagnosed the problem within a couple of hours and gave me a very good price for the repairs.
I picked it up the next morning and all was fixed! I was so impressed with their service that the very next week I took them another balky laptop I'd given up on, and they did another super-quick and effective repair. Very impressive, I'd recommend them to anybody!

Post reading some positive reviews, I took my Lenovo Edge 15 laptop for a performance boost. My laptop had been running ultra slow for last 2 years and it got to a point where all the USB ports stopped functioning, OS got corrupted. Upon receiving the diagnostics from PC Expert Services, I approved them for the necessary repair. The communication was very welcoming as I had received the quote about the hardware and soft ware upgrade that my system required.
I received update within 48 hours that my laptop is ready. The laptop functions like a super computer, no lags, no delay, no slowness. NEW WIN OS. I would highly recommend this place if you need some boost to your computer system.

It's been a month since PC Expert Services fixed my laptop. but I recently realized that they fixed more than I even asked for. Some of the screws on the bottom of my laptop were missing, and some of the screw holes were broken. This situation made my laptop feel old and flimsy. Although I didn't even mention these issues to PC Experts, they fixed them completely, without charging me or saying anything about it. I did notice that my laptop felt different and firmer than it had before, but it took me a while to realize what PC Experts had done. So awesome!

One of the few times that Google search led me to a very reliable and responsive establishment. My PC laptop gave out a couple of weeks ago and I needed a number of repairs done to the hardware. They charge $40 to diagnose your computer problem. And you don't get that money back, even if they can't fix it! Go elsewhere! And when I told him that was unreasonable, he told me I was rude. I told him I'd rate his business one star for the exorbitant fees, and he threatened to report me to Yelp! Scam artist!

I am happy to report that a laptop that died of a suspected coffee drowning is now up and running and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.
Behrouz was extremely professional, communicated well, and had a really fast response time. When I first got the laptop back my fan was running a bit loud (unrelated to what I took it in for) and Behrouz was kind enough to check into it and when it died in his care, replaced it for me without any additional fees.
He didn't have to do that but he did. Like other reviewers mentioned, Behrouz was amazing. He understands how much we all rely on our devices and works really hard to get it back to us asap. I haven't met him in person but really do appreciate the level of service and the great work he did. Highly recommend their services to everyone.

Very fair business practices and pricing, which is rare for a computer repair business. I received a free estimate within a couple of days. The repair did not solve the problem (water damage) and I was not charged for the parts ordered or labor because my computer could not be fixed.
Note: the business is located on the second floor of an office building and somewhat tricky to find. If you are lost call the local number it is the owners cell phone and he is very helpful.

I didn't think I would be writing a 5 star review at first, but glad that I am. Long story short, got great service from PCES. Behrouz (I think that was him) was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt like he was telling me the truth and not just trying to gouge me ala Jiffy Lube. He found the cheapest solution to my problem. His demeanor is such that you believe whatever he tells you. The only warning I would give to people is that this place is not a store.
It's an office in a business complex so if you're going on the weekend, there may not be someone there to help you (which is what happened to me). Weekdays were easier because there is a receptionist out front who could help you. You can avoid this hassle by calling before you go there. All in all, I am very happy with the service I received here!

Behrouz was wonderful at helping me diagnose the problem with my broken laptop. It had stopped charging all together, and though I had purchased a replacement DC Jack, it still would not charge at all. I brought in the laptop (Toshiba L505) and the AC adapter, and he quickly determined that the charger was not the problem. Within minutes, he was inside of my laptop, under the keyboard, checking the DC jack.
Turns out, the Jack that I had bought was faulty, everything else was functioning as it should.
He was able to assure me that the problem was definitely NOT with my motherboard, even as best Buy told me was most likely the problem over the phone that same morning. Instead of buying a new motherboard, as Best Buy had suggested without even looking at the laptop, and costing a pocketful, I now know the problem still lies with the broken DC Jack, a 10$ fix. Thanks Behrouz, you were fantastic! You helped me save money, and set me on the right path to fix my laptop.
