This was my first time finding myself in need of some high-quality, fast-turnaround IT help. I found Techdoctors on Google and sent them an email. Derek responded immediately and provided expert help, getting me back up and running very quickly. When I encountered my power outage and resulting "disk error" I tried the simple fixes myself. When those weren't working I figured I was in for a long battle, probably resulting in some lost data. But thanks to Derek, no data was lost, and only a small amount of time! Many thanks!

While traveling Surface Pro 3 lost internet and blue tooth. Googled their site, I explained my problem and the Doctor said he couldn't fix a hardware issue (Microsoft job) but could address software. Asked if I would like him to check while on the phone. Sure, I would appreciate it. Ran me through several screens and guided me through various commands and presto, it was fixed. He asked me to write a review. I referred two professionals to him and one may call for on site help for his office. Couldn't be happier.

10:30 at night, my son tells me that he needs his laptop (which hasn't worked in months) for an event the following night. I emailed this company in the morning, one of the techs showed up an hour later. He ended up having to replace a failed hard drive and got me up and running in a Very short time and at an extremely reasonable price. I'm happy and would recommend this company to anybody. Nice job Tech Doctors!
