Axiom computers was great to deal with. I had a corrupt computer and could not retrieve my files for work. I was up against some tough deadlines and was worried I had lost all of my work, which would have been disastrous. Axiom was able to retrieve my files, clean up the corrupted system all without loosing data. And best of all I was able to meet my deadlines thanks to the fast work of the owner and tech Norm. I highly recommend them.

I have dealt with Norm at Axiom for several years. In all of my dealings with him he has always gone above and beyond with his help, explanations and suggestions. I recently had a problem and because it was something Norm could deal with remotely rather than me bringing my computer into the store, his patience level with me was over the top. He called me back every time I left a message and walked me through each step.
My knowledge of the computer couldn't fill a thimble. That is why I depend on Norm so much. He never makes me feel "inadequate" which I truly am. I have and will continue to recommend Axiom to all my friends and anyone else who is looking for a person who is a master in his craft. Norm truly is.

I have been a customer of Axiom Computer for many years now. Norm has always saved the day for me, as I am not particularly computer savvy. He has solved problems when my computer and laptop have given me grief. He has also on a few occasions transferred files and programs when I purchased new equipment. I am self-employed and have very specific needs, which is why he built and customized my last PC.
He is friendly, very professional and meets my needs in a timely fashion. Additionally, he has helped other members of my family. In particular my Father who really knew how to mess up a computer, but Norm always managed to solve his problems. If you need a computer guy, Norm is your man.

There are few places that treat you like a real person and value doing the right thing, but Axiom computers is actually one of them. In my experience, most places erase everything making me start all over, but Norm explained it didn't have to be that way every time. Sure, he took a little longer, but in the end I got it back just the way I left it, but faster and virus free.
