I recently had problems with my laptop and needed professional services. I had never used any computer services prior so I was lost in where to go for reliable and trusted help. My experience with A-Plus IT Group was terrific. My problems were fix and my services were not considered complete until I was totally satisfied with the results. Customer service (Meghan) was top notch! She was extremely helpful and showed real concern by multiple follow up calls to make sure everything was working properly and I was happy with the laptop's operation. Cost were very reasonable and I enjoyed interacting with everyone at A-Plus.

A Plus was quick to have someone come to my home to see what repair could be done. Unfortunately it had crashed. I decided to purchase a new computer. They transferred all of my data from my hard drive to my new computer making it a smooth transition.
