ICA Computer Consulting

We have proudly served Cecil County, Maryland, and the surrounding areas since 1978, providing reliable technology solutions to our community. Founded by Dr. Edward E. Boas, Jr., a former professor of computer science, our family-owned and operated business responds directly to the local need for specialized computer equipment and expert support. We possess specialized skills in advanced computer networking, software applications, computer security, and wireless technologies. By purchasing locally, our clients gain preferred access to our dedicated support team to assist in resolving any technology problems they encounter. We have a large base of repeat customers and maintain a strong reputation for solving complex customer problems that other service organizations have not been able to resolve. Our professional standards dictate that we assemble, support, and repair all computer makes and models with precision.

We also build custom computer systems tailored for gamers, satellite video/audio applications, and other advanced custom requirements. As forensics certified experts, we utilize the latest forensic tools available to successfully recover lost data for our clients. We operate as an authorized dealer for numerous hardware and software manufacturers to provide authentic, high-quality technology products. Furthermore, we install hardware and software while providing comprehensive support for all brands of computers and their associated accessories. We are deeply committed to client satisfaction and enjoy delivering effective technology solutions to individuals, small businesses, and government agencies worldwide.
