Jeff qas quickly able to identify what was wrong with my laptop, and ordered replacement parts. The receipt he provided had plenty of detail so that reimbursement under warranty was a breeze. He also gave me some helpful advice on Windows update and what to look for in my next business computer. I will definitely use this business again.

Nice people but they are way too forgetful and they rarely call you back when you call and leave a message. I was told 4 times that they had ordered a part for my computer and it never came to their store. I finally gave up on having my computer fixed.and bought a new one after 700 dollars in repairs.

Lost my hard drive due to several local area-wide power failures. Had a back-up but it was old so was concerned. Jeff Computers did an excellent job - replaced my hard drive and recovered all my files - many of which were business related. Great company!

This is one of the most unprofessional places in St Louis. I directly spoke with "Jeff" and had a few questions for him about my computer, he seemed to not care at all about my questions even after I had paid for my service. He will try and make you feel stupid and will not treat you with decency or respect. There is plenty of great tech places around STL with great customer service, but this is not one of them. It's ran with disorganized people who don't know what they're doing.
