I switched the IT support for my insurance agency to ASG about five years ago. I'm very happy I switched. The company has done a great job helping me manage all aspects of my IT exposures, which is more challenging for us due to legislative and privacy issues. The people at ASG are bright and dedicated, and if I have a problem I can always get a hold of someone quickly, who can explain the issue so I can understand it.

Love working with ASG, they are always just a phone call away and are knowledgeable to help out. Took my computer in there first thing in the morning thinking it was dead and gone but they had the parts on hand and I had it back in the afternoon. I am sure not all fixes are that quick but they go above and beyond to help out their clients. I would highly recommend them
