Established in 1990, Computer Operation Consultants co-founded Second Source Computers in DE. Opening a small retail store in Wilmington, DE Second Source computers original mission statement was "Buy, sell and trade new and used computers". We grew back in the 90's through franchising. Over 25 years, thousands of customers and millions of dollars in sales later, we are now introducing our successful retail store model online.

As such, every person on a system check-in is given service options depending on the problem and their particular set of circumstances. No two people, computers or situations are the same and we do our best to tailor our services to your particular issues, time frame and budget. The $59 diagnostic fee paid on check-in goes toward either the completed repair OR as a partial discount toward replacement.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the type of shipping requested, insurance on the dollar amount of the item and location of shipment. You can also opt for "Will Pickup in store" and avoid shipping costs altogether. You refusing a package is the same as returning a product. You will be charged all shipping costs plus a restocking charge of 15% of the item cost once returned. Please understand that most problems are software or user caused and not covered under manufacturer warranty.
