Dustin and his team are my only go to computer shop for all things. if you are having a computer issue, need to purchase a computer, printer, WIFI issues and so on this is the place to call or go visit. I was having issues with my internet provider and Dustin came out to my office and was able to get me up and running smoothly so I could use the internet and printer. My internet provider from the time i signed up it took 4 months and they sent out a tech 3 times and on last visit I was told my signal was to strong and it was causing the issue.
They would request an engineer to come out to see if it could be fixed and explained I would not be notified that they were or had been here. I Guess what.when I called the provider the company had no idea what I was talking about even though it was their employee who they sent out here. Don't waste time and money, call Discount Computer Services! Thanks Dustin and the team for getting me up and running quickly! You are all awesome!

Discount Computer Services (DCS) provided OUTSTANDING customer service and expertise to the Town of Boones Mill. The Town recently purchased three new computers to replace outdated machines which were constantly having issues. Dustin completed an analysis of the existing systems and provided a detailed cost estimate to replace the old machines. The estimate was very reasonable and included a three-year warranty on the equipment. Dustin seamlessly transitioned our administrative staff to their new machines.
He did excellent work in a VERY timely manner! Dustin has also mentored young folks in the community hoping to enter the information technology field and provides excellent opportunities for young folks to get some experience in the industry! He is an important part of our local community so please support him! I HIGHLY recommend DCS to anyone needing assistance with their computer, internet, network, etc. He is excellent at what he does and the customer service he provides is SUPERB!

Don't get rid of your laptop call Dustin! Our laptop was getting slower (which you would not notice at first) but then it would not really do anything - it started running scandisk during boot up and once it did load windows it would take 10-15 minutes to do anything at all. I assumed it was the hard drive slowly going bad and a quick call to Dustin at Discount Computer Services confirmed that. Long story short I called around 11:30am and Dustin had it done by 5pm! Top notch service and the computer is like brand new and super fast! Thanks Dustin!

Dustin is always responsive, even after normal business hours, and ready to help, and do whatever it takes to solve my problem (s).
