I bought a ASUS zenbook 14, and 5 days later the screen blacks out on me. I emailed Chris and he hurried to help me with my problem. Ultimately the device was defective and when Walmart wouldnt give me back my money, Chris came up there and helped me personally get my refund and find a new computer. Chris ran diagnostics on my son Ben's HP Omen 45L computer and repaired it in less than 24 hours ... on the weekend ... with door to door pick up and return service. I never had to leave our house. Chris saved the day for me toward the end of last year. I have an accounting firm and sat down to a computer giving me the black screen of death.

Chris is awesome. I had an issue with freezing on my gaming PC and after months of trying to figure it out I cracked and reached out for help. Chris gave me suggestions and recommendations and without even working on my PC led me to my issue; a faulty SSD. After swapping it out with a new one my PC runs perfectly. Chris will now be who I go to for any future issues beyond my skill and I recommend you do the same.

will definitely go back to them with any issues in the future. I had and issue with my personal computer where it would not power on. Chris came and picked it up within about and hour or hour and a half, and after having it for another hour he was able to give me a diagnosis and give me an estimate for how much it would cost to have it fixed. I had a hard drive fail on my PC and attempted to fix it myself. I ended up installing the wrong hard drive and made things worse. I gave Chris a call and he was super understanding, informative, and had a great sense of humor. He picked my PC up and had it back the same day. My partners computer was crashing repeatedly and he got us in same day, did everything he could to try and fix it, and returned the computer same day. Unfortunately the motherboard is broken and it is quite costly to fix. If we were planning to replace the motherboard, we would come back in a heart beat. He is 100% the person to trust with your computer needs. Saved me hundreds of dollars that wouldve been towards getting new hardware that wouldve probably broken in a year or two anyway.

This was the absolute best customer service experience I've ever had! Called him at 5PM because my work laptop would not hold a charge and I was panicked. He picked it up at 7PM and had it back to me completely fixed (and upgraded!) by noon the next day! Pricing was also extremely affordable for a service that comes directly to you.
