Love them! When I first built my pc I was having issues with it, so I messaged them on Facebook & they got back to me pretty quickly. I told them what was happening and they told me what the problem could be. They said the problem was my graphics card and it turned out they were right! Fast forward a few months later, I am having another issue. I messaged them about it & RAD Computers was able to diagnose my pc with their remote desktop. The person helping me was extremely kind, helpful & super informative. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

There's a reason this place is SO highly reviewed! 10 stars for this company. I recently had a super sticky situation with my computer and at the risk of losing my files, the guys at RAD Computers stepped in to save the day! Mark and Aaron are truly the BEST. They are both super knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with (especially dealing with a panic case like me). What I thought was going to be a total nightmare was all fixed in less than 2 hours. Best. Case. Scenario. I'm still so so thankful! Seriously, if you need ANY repairs or help of any kind, you need to come here. You won't regret it!

Let me add my 2-cents worth about the great service, great prices and great end results coming from what was a VERY FRUSTRATING problem with my Windows 10 desktop that I spent 3 days trying to fix on my own before I came across Mark. The mouse pointer disappeared overnight after a W-10 update. That mouse worked on my laptop and the working laptop mouse also didn't work on the desktop. The DT keyboard continued to work so I had some "control" and could attempt the fixes I

Nick was AMAZING! He was super fast to arrive to my office, within in hour of me calling, he was there. Then within minutes he had my computer up and running, when i had spent the last week on with the makers of the computer who had me doing all sorts of things, that were likely not needed :/ He installed my printers back up and was simply wonderful, friendly, and just all around great service! Found my new go to for all questions computer.

Best service ever! Didn't even charge me to look at our huge problem! This guy (Nick) is like Neo from the Matrix. Ended up using him when we moved offices. Just moved to area and run a very tech orientated home office for my global business. Had MS Office PowerPoint problem that survived all standard fixes. Nick came by on time, investigated the problem and using his professional network of people found the fix. Did not even charge since he had to check with others.
