Highly recommend! Wyman secured all our old photos from 2 old macs so we can access them easily in the cloud, and upgraded one Mac so that it functions like new. And he corrected the mess we had going on with our iPhones.

This gentleman is one of a kind. Customer service like the good old days. He worked at it until my MAC was like new. Got COVID in the middle of the job but called me back and addressed all my computer issues. Installed a new hard drive and removed a nasty malware infestation, and got into the weeds remotely for about an hour and got all the problems fixed. Removed some apps I had installed that looked suspicious. Now this 5 year old desktop runs like new. I have nothing but praise for macinasnap and highly recommend Wyman to you. If I have issues in the future, I would go nowhere else.

My mac book pro was rumbling, fumbling and stumbling! I called Wyman and explained to him my issues. Within minutes he had a plan to fix my mac book. I met with him and he had it repaired in no time! My mac book is running lightning quick now with no issues at al! Wyman is knowledgeable, professional, personable and informative. I highly recommend mac in a snap and will definitely be back for any issues i might have in the future.

He didn't just help with the issue that I had brought my laptop in for, he even helped with the updating my laptop. Even though my laptop was 10 years old, Wyman was able to help me. He was so nice and if I ever have issues in the future I will definitely be coming back here.

Have several Macs (for work and personal use) in our home that needed attention. Wasn't thrilled with the idea of hauling them all in to the Apple store at the mall to get these problems resolved. Mac in a Snap was the answer. Fixed our computer problems in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. Daniel even returned to follow-up on a final issue. I highly recommend MAC in a Snap! Daniel, a technician who is skilled and personable, came to my home to diagnose and fix problems I was having with my 2007 desktop MAC. Not only did Daniel repair my MAC, he answered all my questions and offered suggestions that have made my computing life run much more smoothly!

Amazing! Wyman fixed a malware attack on our desktop, adjusted the settings for daily use, synced all of my apple products/ contacts, AND fixed our slow internet! I will never attempt to set up any tech products in my home without Wyman.

Love Mac in a Snap! They have been helping me for years and I recommend them versus going and waiting to deal with the nightmare crowds at the Apple Store! I tried to take the free lessons provided by the Apple Store, but my questions were never answered and I was more confused when I left. Mac in a Snap has always been very professional and very reasonably priced for all of the services they offer (much cheaper than the competition.) They have setup our home network, kept our computers running smoothy and made sure our kids iPads/iPhone's were operating correctly with parental controls. I would recommend them to anyone!

Wyman is a Mac Wizard! He does on site work, or remote support, both of which are very convenient. Our 2012 Mac desktop was running slow and he helped clean it up and get it back to like-new speed. In addition, we had been struggling with uploading some digital home videos from an old Sony camera and he figured it out fast and had them transfered quickly. Very impressed and will be using Mac in a Snap again for future Mac support for sure.
