Just received my PC back after what was thought to be a motherboard issue, and would've costed a pretty penny. brandon (both of them) managed to figure out that it wasn't the issue, and managed to save us all time and me some money to fix it. I was hesitant to get repair from a place I wasn't sure of, but they removed all doubt and my PC is running faster and more efficiently than before. they were super accommodating and professional. highly recommend them.

Had a problem with my PC that best buy in MV said would only fix after a 200 payment for geek squad when I just needed a new hdmi cable. Brad spent five minutes. Found the problem and I paid 33 for time and new cable. Go here. They actually do comp repair.

The estimate for the work was sent to me by email, and I was able to confirm by a phone call the work I wanted done. The LCD on my computer was damaged over time. The guys at San Diego Computer Help were very knowledgeable, and took the time to help me understand what was going on with my computer. I tried replacing my laptop battery (something I've done several times over the years), but this time the computer would not boot and the fans would not spin up. I took it to San Diego Computer Help. The folks there were very friendly and knowledgeable, and managed to fix the problem at what seemed to me to be an amazingly good price. They kept me informed of the status throughout the process. Highly recommend them.

I was in crisis mode when my computer crashed and would not start back up. San Diego Computer Help in Hillcrest said they could diagnose my Mac in less time than other shops so I thought I would give them a shot as I needed my machine back up and running for my business asap. They repaired in computer in less time than originally quoted and were incredibly helpful and communicative through the process. So grateful!

Very good work with very good customer. He provided great customer service to fix my out dated HDD which was on the verge of failing. He was able to provide and speedy fix and update all drivers, programs etc. Now my computers runs better then the first day i brought. The pricing was reasonable considering the time constraint and severity of the problem but overall the everything was outstanding!!

Excellent service! My hard drive was clicking and had physical damage. I figured the data was lost but they found a way to recover almost all the data. Very knowledgeable and did not charge me anything until they were sure they could recover the drive. Highly recommended.

These guys are the best! My computer's battery started dying out of nowhere. I used Yelp to send an email to a bunch of computer businesses and San Diego Computer Help responded in seconds! Alex was very helpful and immediately came up with a reason my battery was bugging out. Brought it in the next day and they fixed it within two business days! Perfect for me cause all of my work is done on there. They also gave me a new customer discount! If you have an issue with any of your computers, make sure you reach out to them first! They'll fix it at the right price and very quickly!

San Diego Computer Help on the other hand took my call, booked my tech on the spot and fixed my problem with a snap of the finger. I was just visiting SD and had a need for a part urgently. I called SDCH just from a google search. The man who answered was very helpful on the phone telling me he could help me. I showed up to the store and Alex, the owner (I believe) greeted me and was most attentive. The customer ahead of me left obviously very satisfied. After some search in his stock he came up with a perfect match for my machine.

These guys are the best! Our business computer died (it literally had smoke coming out of it) and my wife and I were very stressed. We had paid for the programs on the computer but were not sure if we could find the documentation without purchasing Quickbooks and Windows 360 all over again. We brought our old computer and a newly purchased replacement computer in to the San marcos branch and Alex immediately made us feel at ease.
With confidence and calm, Alex explained that they should be able to pull not only the data, but the programs off of our old computer and put them on the new computer that same day. And they did! This wasn't a simple data transfer of documents, photos etc.. like you get and then we had to reload all of the programs. The new computer was ready to go out the door with everything including programs- and ready to use. Our business was up and running again the same day. Amazing service! I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
