As a parent you are a little scared of sending your kids to conduct business without you. I reached out to Mr Tim on getting my sons phone screen fixed and he was so understanding that he took the time to explain what he would be doing to our phone. He fixed the screen and so far we haven't had any problems. It looks like new again. Thank you Tim for the job well done and understanding your customers.

Person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. First place in the area who not only answered but shared their knowledge and gave me a fair quote.

Broke my phone beyond repair and thought i lost all my data. Tim helped me hook my old phone up to new screen so i could preform a smart switch.

Tim was great. Not only does this laptop I have work 10x faster than I thought it could, but he was courteous, very fair in his pricing, communicative, as well as patient with me and my lack of understanding. I will definitely be seeing him for any future needs.

I don't write many reviews but I just had to with this company. I did my research before choosing him as I am new to Oswego and didn't have anyone to refer me. This guy was super organized, professional and knows his stuff. He has very reasonable prices and was able to finish my repair faster than anticipated. I would recommend him anytime!

My experience started out positive. I had a cracked screen on my computer laptop and took it to them for repairs. They told me that I saved a lot by going to them and not the 'big box' store. They ordered me a new digitizer and I paid them $107.11 (Part plus tax). They said that it would be shipped to them in a week or so. I finally stopped in about 3 weeks later and left my laptop to get fixed.

I stopped back a couple of hours later and they told me that the screen that was shipped was cracked. They would have to order a new one. I told them that I would pay the labor charge now, so that once the screen was fixed, I would just pick it up. The labor charge was $81.00. I then waited a few more weeks and stopped there again. They said the screen was in and to give them a few hours to put it in.

I returned a few hours later and they said they had the wrong screen. I told them to go ahead and order a new one. Long story short, this went on for several months with no resolve. I then asked for my money back on the screen and Tim agreed and kept saying he would credit my credit card. It still did not happen 6 months later. By now I was living in NC and was traveling back and forth to see family.

I kept telling him to credit me for the part and they could keep the labor charges and he agreed. He said he was having a problem crediting my card as it was beyond 6 months and then he said he was going to send me a check. It has now been almost 8 months and still no refund. He does not answer my phone calls, messages, etc. It seems he does not want to make this right. I would encourage anyone doing business to make sure you only pay AFTER the service is completed. Not the right way of doing business. Mike C

Don't go here. save your money. guy charged me over $200 to fix a broken screen. then his stupid little teenage worker didn't tighten my charging port so my phone wasn't charging. every time i went to him to "fix" my phone, something else would break. finally decided not go back to this guy and went to apple. they had to give me a new phone because this guy f*cked it up. save your money and go to someone who knows what they're doing. do not give this guy a single penny. would be giving 0 stars if that was an option.

This guy is no master. my one day "fix" took 8 days! not even fixed. customer service.he has none. I have left several messages and he has yet to call to this day. I took it to east Utica computer repair and was repaired. amazing. he does more smoking than repairing. anyone who has a business has to have customer service! heck, he even calls the place I eventually went to and complains to them about their lower pricing.master?

This guy is great and is constantly striving to make every customer very happy. I had him build me a website and am very happy with it and he also fixed my wife's phone very quickly.

This company is awesome!!! My son is a student at SUNY Oswego who was trying to download some new software when his computer shut down completely.....Could not get it working. He brought his laptop here and within a few minutes it was fixed! Very friendly, highly recommend!!!

Excellent service when my computer "quit" on me, with little to go on as to why. I found Tim to be very professional in his approach and he fixed my computer the same day! After that when I had questions or concerns on the new operating system, he was more than willing to help me out via text and remote site. I will go here again if I ever have computer problems again!
