We were looking for a way to upgrade an 4 year old pc notebook to handle the high demands of video editing. We thought about buying a used mac and even looked at the prices of new ones but settled eventually on upgrading the pc with new ram and hard drive. As an avid do it yourselfer I looked up all the parts and tools needed and was ready to dive in. By chance I called Melvin for some advice and his price was so competitive I couldn't really pass on having a professional do it.
He had our computer for 24hours and now our laptop is screaming and processing 2k video with out any glitches. Melvin was also extremely courteous and helpful. And it's nice to meet someone who actually provides awesome prompt customer service. Thanks dude!

My 10 years old desktop crashed without a recent backup. +5,400 emails, over 10,000 music files, 10 years of pictures, multiple documents. After contacting Gorilla services, Melvin delivered by the next day a full recovery of my years of files and memories, Truly diligent and excellent services delivered by a true gentleman.

I am NOT a computer queen, but was able to get the assistance I needed from Melvin to get the job done. He was pleasant, polite and patient even though I had lots of questions and sometimes the same questions over and over. If everyone copies his personality when dealing with people who do not understand this technology stuff, or just need help with computer problems, this company will do extremely well and the word will get out and the people will call.
