Nobody likes when their computer goes down. However, when you have a team like Team Logic IT they will get you back up and running in a jiffy! Huge plus for businesses that can't afford to be out of pocket for long. They explain the issues very thoroughly and have an open line of communication with their clients. We will see what happens, I'll update this soon, but as of now, I had asked for an IT person to come to my business location and help me out on FEBRUARY 27, it's MARCH 16 and I still haven't gotten any communication from them. Will update when I receive a call or email back.
