Would give 6 stars if I could. Called Neil now three times and every time was able to squeeze me in, fix my issue (as I think he may be a genius) and could not be more pleasant while doing so. Detailed oriented. didn't overcharge when it was emergency service.and very trust worthy. I just don't see that much great customer service out there anymore so when I do it's greatly appreciated. It's so nice to know that when I have a problem with our computers, I have Neil to call. Thank you!

Neil got my laptop up and running after the Microsoft recovery tool would not repair or reinstall windows. Neil was able to preserve the data on the d drive and wipe only the c drive that had the os. The computer actually seems much happier now with the clean install from Neil. I still have quite a bit of customization and setup ahead of me, but I'm glad to be back up and running. The whole thing only took about 20 minutes.

Neil is the best! My dad referred him to me years ago and he is my one and only computer guy. He has loaded graphix cards into my computers(I'm an occasional gamer), diagnosed and fixed operating errors, and most recently got my our house's Wi-Fi dialed in. The thing I like most about Neil is that he is always thinking about what is the optimal solution to any problem. He considers all aspects of an issue and lines out the best approach. I wish all service providers were this good!

Neil helped me to buy a new OEM battery and installed the new battery. The old battery was bloated inside and the computer was not closing. He did an excellent job with the installment and also cleaned the insides, such as the fans.

I barely write reviews on yelp and google but this made me very happy cause I just happen to save 2k trying to buy a new gaming machine. I gave up thinking the machine was done and then i thought let me go to google and see if I can find someone that knows what they doing. found Bay Area Computer Repairs near Me. Neil was generous to come to my house and within a sec he was able to find the fault in my computer.
The CPU went bad and cost me only $190 to buy this and $185 to replace this. can't thank Neil enough. Neil knows what he is doing. the quality of work Neil provides is above and beyond. Also, it is hard to find someone during the covid who can take care you so fast. I envy people who are hardworking and cares for others. Neil saved me close to $1500.00.

Had an Mac book Pro crash about and was very hesitant to do data recovery due to expense. Found found Bay Area Computer Repair with glowing reviews and discovered that our solution was right down the street. We contacted Them on Monday afternoon and by Wednesday evening, our hard drive was repaired, 100 percent of our files were recovered and we had an automatic backup installed. Neil is awesome and fantastic with great sense of humor. My computer would not turn on so I had Neil came to my house. I called Neil because my computer had gotten malware on it. I called Bay Area Computer Repairs at 7 pm on a Saturday night. He picked it up and fixed int two hours and I had my computer by 10:30 pm on Saturday. Neil rocks!

My experience was amazing with Bay Area Computer Repairs I have known Neil for a year and he has always been helpful fast honest respectful, friendly and straight to the point. Cant beat this, had an emergency computer heating up and freezing and I needed to submit my tax information to my accountant deadline was tonight.
