I paid over $1,000 for a repair and expected professionalism, but that was not my experience. I clearly stated that I did not want my password removed due to sensitive personal information on my device. Despite that, there was continued pressure to override my request. On top of that, the staff member was dismissive and ended the call abruptly while I was still speaking. That level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when handling personal electronics. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I took my laptop in because Windows locked me out; and after spending hours trying to log in, I decided to call the experts: Computer Solutions. I met with Charles who was friendly and professional and explained my options as far as either leaving it and getting to my issue in the queue or having a one-on-one with him where hell fix it with me there. I chose the latter because, based on what he told me, hed need information from me as he went along.
While it was the pricier of the two options, I quickly saw that that was the only way to go. And while it took 3 hours, it was well worth it because he even cleaned up my computer and educated me along the way as far as a password manager and other valuable lessons. He has a great sense of humor, too, and kept me laughing while waiting. Charles really impressed me with his knowledge and all the work I observed him doing on my system. Suffice it to say, I highly recommend Charles and Computer Solutions.

Professional and respectful, and always clear with what my options were. When the first option for repair wasn't in my budget, they offered suggestions by telling me what things I could live without getting fixed to lower the price. Other than some parts taking quite a while to appear, which as far as I am aware is outside their control, excellent service overall.

Literally the WORST business I have ever encountered. They have had my computer almost three months now. After the first month, they finally let me know I needed to order a part for the repair, which I did. It's been almost 2 months since the part was ordered and they had not given me any timeline on when my computer would be ready. Countless calling and emails, I decided to just drive to the shop to get more information about my computer.
Every time I came they had their business locked up with an Open sign. Still no one answered the phones. I am waiting outside right now bc the sign says Closed til 3:30. It's almost 4, and I have been in the parking lot over an hour waiting for them to open? It's a thursday. I have no idea what to do to get my computer back!

I called was connected to Joel who said to come over and he'd take a look at my Asus laptop. I was greeted. I explained what was going on with with my laptop. Immediately Joel took a look and diagnosed and fixed. I was in and gone within 3 minutes. He also noticed that one hinge was creaking. He suggested that I take care while opening and closing. No charge. Will definitely recommend and shall return if I have a major computer problem. Thanks Joel!

Joel and Parker are the men you need to see if you are having pc issues. I took my tower to be repaired because it had completely crashed on me. Joel was straight to the point about what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. Due to the time frame that I had to get my pc repaired, Joel and Parker were on it immediately. Got my pc back in 2 days! They upgraded my pc and are super friendly. Need some computer techs? Computer Solutions is your place and Joel and Parker are your guys! When I came in to the store, I was greeted professionally by the staff and I told the representative at the Front Desk that I was having problems with my internet. The representative diagnosed my laptop immediately and fixed my internet problem quickly. I highly recommend Computer Solutions because they take care of customers issues quickly and effectively.

I would think twice on passing this company up over Geek Squad. They did an excellent job on helping us with out custom PC build, it took two weeks, but I believe it was well worth it! They make sure to get to the cause of the problem AND I MEAN, they really do get it. The prices of course vary depending on the situation, but I would recommend giving them a call and seeing for yourself. Overall, a very great and pleasing experience for us! Thanks so much amigos!

Absolutely phenomenal! I had used this service twice before and was very satisfied. When I had a major problem with my laptop there was no doubt in my mind who to call. I was kept informed throughout the entire service experience by Megan and Dominique. Megan answered all of my concerns as she extremely knowledgeable. I never felt rushed as she was so patient with me. To top it all off, I picked up my "new" laptop and when I arrived home I called Megan(again)and she assisted me remotely restoring items. I would highly recommend Computer Solutions!

Great Customer Service! Took my desktop computer in for the free check up. They called the next day and explained what was going on. Gave me a quote and the price was far so I gave them a shot. After a week I had them out to my house to setup my printer on my laptop. Since then I have had no problems. The best part they had a warranty if I had any problem after 30 days.

We've been using Computer Solutions for many years now and I have to say we are very pleased. One of our biggest benefits we receive from Computer Solutions is there backup service. My company can rest assured that our company files and sensitive data is backed up and secure in the event something happens. Which recently happened with one of our computers failing to boot due to a bad hard drive. Thank goodness we hired Computer Solutions a long time ago!

I recently built a computer that kept crashing. I tried to troubleshoot it myself, but it ended up going beyond my scope of expertise. Computer Solutions diagnosed it, determined that there was faulty hardware, and since it was a new build and most of the parts were under warranty, they just told me what to RMA and replace and didn't even charge me! Everyone there was super nice and polite, I'll definitely come back if ever have any issues again!

Joel is absolutely a life saver! I am a high school teacher with a toddler at home who likes to play around with anything of mine. When my flash drive containing five years of school work got folded in two, I took it to three different shops and each told me that I lost all of my files, which is the absolute worst thing that a teacher can hear. Joel took one look at my flash drive, and instead of telling me what he can't do, he told me what he can do, and that was retrieve my files.and that he did!
Not only did he retrieve all my school work from the flash drive, but he set up a Cubby for my files and taught me how to use the electronic program. I really can't thank Joel enough, he salvaged for me five years of curriculum that I now don't have to recreate. He is incredibly kind, patient, honest, and knowledgeable!

I really am, I called on a Saturday night a little tipsy, and the owner (I guess) picked up. I talked and talked over wanting a new desktop, not just any desktop but a custom build like the one I got 3 years ago. Well Joel came to my house on Sunday, yes Sunday and looked over what I had and built a quote for new custom computer and said this is who I am ordering the parts from and if you would like you order the parts and call me when they come in and I'll just bill you for the build on site. I was mind shocked by that; this place knows how to please customers.
