I have used Jumpstart Technologies a few times for computer repair/upgrades, etc., and each time, I had a really good experience. Their turnaround time is super fast, and I am always pleased with their work. They can also do these "remote" repairs and fix your computer/laptop from their office. The pricing was decent, and I like that they do flat rates, instead of charging hourly.
That way I know how much I'm gonna pay from the get-go. But best of all, they protected my data, pictures, etc., which the big stores don't do (or have never done for me). I don't want my hard drive to get wiped just cause I got a virus.
Overall, I highly recommend.
