Established in 2010, Benchmark Technologies is a full service, Nationwide mail-in repair facility, specializing in small and medium-sized businesses, as well as residential customers. We service notebooks, netbooks, desktops, workstations, and servers.

We provide service, cleaning, repair and upgrade options (such as hardware and/or software upgrades and installations.) Our solutions are developed by first diagnosing your equipment, identifying your needs, and preparing an estimate. Only with your Approval, is your PC repaired and then promptly returned to you via FREE RETURN SHIPPING. If you choose not to go forward with the repairs, then a $60.00 Diagnostic fee will be assesed. This fee is of course refunded if you do choose to have Benchmark Technologies repair your PC. Turn around time is normally within just a few short business days with the exception being if parts have to be ordered. In this case it may take a few days longer to complete the work.

While our primary focus is business to business, we have been called on more and more by residential customers to provide the same high quality service and support to their homes and home offices that we have provided to their businesses.
