When I first called Simple Tech Guy, Daniel answered the phone. I was very frustrated with my computer that had crashed and Daniel gave me step by step directions on how to reinstall windows. When I had a problem with that and he could no longer help me over the phone, he came to my house to fix the problem himself and when my computer was so messed up that it still didn't work, he took it to his office to test.
He found exactly what the problem was and was very kind through the entire process; and when the company I bought the computer from was giving me a hard time about sending me a replacement product, Daniel called the company and got me the product that I needed. I'm very impressed with the service we received from Daniel and I would recommend him to anyone having computer issues in the Marietta area. Thank you for all your hard work Simple Tech Guy!
