Reliable source and knowledgeable every time I called him he will came out if he can't he'll try to run a movil remote access to my desk top and fix it for me. He sure knows his computers and not expensive at all.

We have a chain of local Mexican restaurants which use Aldelo Point of Sale software. Doug is on call for us everyday. When we call him he is here within 2 hours... morning noon or night. Because of the support that Doug and his network admin Pete has given us, we have been able to expand our restaurants to new locations. Thank you Doug for always being there for us. :-)

Doug looks like Johnny Cash. He always dresses in black. :-) He spent three hours scanning my laptop and found over 500 infections which he cleaned up. We went to the nearby Staples and picked up a memory stick and he installed it. Anyhow, the plus is my laptop works like new and I spent way less than I expected to. The negative is, I was hoping to convince my wife we should get a new laptop. But since it works fast now I don't mind keeping it for another year or two. Maybe Vista will be gone by the time I finally replace this laptop. :-)
