Extremely great service. I called him up, gave a brief explanation of what happened and he had me bring the computer in that day. I was provided with contact information and constant updates throughout the evening. The repair took a little over a day and I was back to using my computer in no time at all. I am very impressed with how fast he was able to get my computer up and running. On top of that, he went the extra mile to update my OS and even provided me with a complimentary deep clean of all my pc's components.

He took less than a day and recovered all 45 gigs off an SD card when my (amateur) scans were only showing 15 gigs as recoverable. He is also WAY cheaper than other places I could have gone. He just made a new customer for life. I'm just hoping I won't have to get a frequent flyer card

He gave me an amazing price, and the turnaround for the build was super fast. If you have any issues with your computer or laptop, or are looking for a custom build, he is your guy!

About a year ago I purchased a new laptop. Steve took care of all setup and transferred files from my old computer. I purchased Microsoft Office from him and virus protection. He has Great Prices on these products. He cleaned up my old laptop and upgraded to windows 10. Honestly I probably didnt need a new computer. I recently had an issue with MS Office Excel during a work meeting and he stepped through a repair process that worked like a charm and got me back into my meeting in less than 20 minutes. His prices and service is fantastic. He really is my own personal computer guy! I highly recommend Steve for any computer issues or services.

My daughters computer had a power issue. The charger was broke so I ordered an off brand charger from local store. That didn't fix the problem. Not ready to throw in the towel and feeling that there was still quite a bit of value left in the computer I took a chance on Steve based on his reviews. He was honest, fair, and very knowledgeable. The computer is repaired and working better than ever. I'm sure it would have cost much more somewhere else. I also did not have to spend several hundreds if not more on a new one. Thanks Steve for fixing my daughters computer!

Your Own Personal Computer Guy is exactly what it sounds like, Steve treated me very well and went out of his way to save me money. Went to great lengths and at times inconvenienced himself to fix the problems, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I reached out to Steve based on reviews. I did not go wrong! I wanted to upgrade my computer since it was about 7-8 years old, if not more. It "did the job" but boy was it slow. Steve cleaned up the computer, upgraded my RAM, installed Windows 10, upgraded my CPU and added a 1tb solid state hard drive for well less than the price of a new computer. No pressure upsales and responsive to phone calls when I was putting it back into service. Honest and knowledgeable. Thank you for a pleasurable business experience. I will be back!
