Mr. Harris truly went above and beyond during my experience with AVS! He kindly talked me through what to expect with the process, he called to update me once he diagnosed the issue on my computer after his office hours, he kindly installed a drive and updated my computer so that I could get it restarted to use again, and provided a list of recommendations for the issue that was out of the scope of his company. I truly appreciate Mr. Harris for his hard work and kindness. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

If I could rate higher i would, I'm so satisfied with there service the pc is exactly what I wanted i only need to change one thing from thr items he showed me and it was just the case but everything inside was amazing a ryzen 5 cpu and a good quality GPU if I ever need help or want to upgrade ill be back for sure! 10 out of 5 starts

L am totally happy with the services performed on my computer, it was running slowly and the apps were misbehaving jumping on and off and even freezing the screen from time to time, it was a nightmare! The technician has it running like greased lightening, it opens up in about 5/6 seconds now and l love that! I am thankful for his patience in explaining to me what was happening with it and even more thankful for his expertise with computers and getting it up and running for me again, l have already recommended him to my friend's and now have a company that l will call on when needed!
