I just had to post a review because these guys were fantastic! I have a Lenovo yoga and went through all kinds of tech-support people online and finally called this company to help me with a problem that I was having with my integrated camera. First of all, Brian was so sweet on the phone. Walked me through all the possible issues and what they would do. He suggested I bring the computer in because very quickly they would be able to diagnose it.
Which is exactly what happened! Yoppi Lie, the service manager met me upfront (he knew I was coming) and he literally fixed it in less than five minutes. He knew exactly what to do and showed me the fix so I feel confident if it were to happen again I would know how to deal with it on my own. And they didn't even charge me! Highly recommend them!

This review is for Bryan M. and Yoppy specifically. My computer unexpectedly crashed and getting it fixed was the best experience I've ever had in my history of computer repairs thanks to their help. I have an unpredictable work schedule, and yet they were so kind to work around my pick up and drop off for a time that fit my schedule. Not only this, they were quick to communicate what course of action they needed to take for repairs; and took the extra time to provide ongoing solid advice on computer maintenance.
It's often rare to find people like Bryan and Yoppy at "customer service" oriented companies. Because of their commitment to delivering a high level of service, I became a lifelong fan and will certainly return to them in the future (and also send all referrals).

Special shoutout to this amazing team! I took my laptop to two other places prior (including Geek Squad) who were unable to bring my laptop back to life. Within a couple days Yoppy and the team had it up and running good as new! I highly recommend them for their customer service and technical knowledge!
