First time to visit this store. Very welcoming staff. He fired up our computer to review what we said our issues were. He reviewed with us what we needed and the cost. Very happy they were able to fix our computer. Very reasonable prices on new computers as well. Will go back when needed.

I went in today to see about getting my old laptop fixed, but knowing that it may not be worth it. They were very helpful, talking me through what the cost and time would be to fix the old one verses getting a new one, and showing me the various options available. The salesman was able to answer all of my questions and helped me fine the laptop I needed. I bought the old laptop from them years ago, and I will continue to go back for any future needs. The shop is clean, well lit, and the staff are always friendly without being pushy. There was no fast-talking, up-selling attitude, and I was able to find the best machine for me.
