Our focus is to EDUCATE customers that your PC will crash and you need to be prepared for it- whether its something planted on the internet, or just one of the random Hard Drive or Motherboard failures that are rearing their ugly heads more and more in today's Computer Systems. We encourage our customers to ask questions after we get their problems fixed; because even though we want to see you again. The most pervasive part of your home and office can sometimes be the most important: your computers.

John was able to recover some very important files off of a destroyed hard drive for me. He managed my expectations, let me know there were other options if he could not find the files, and then delivered way more than he promised. His price was very fair and he worked very quickly. I will use him again and I highly recommend him.

I really got lucky finding John at Intellect after having to kiss a bunch of computer toads. He knows what he's doing, is great to work with and is always kind. Prices are very reasonable and he's quick. He has helped me maintain and repair an old laptop that I love and don't want to part with. I would be happy to recommend him, and have, to everyone I know.

My 7 year old Blue Mountain laptop computer suddenly stopped being able to charge. After being told by a hardware specialist that it could not be repaired, I took it to John at Intellect Technology. John was able to get it working again and made a file backup for me. The cost was minimal. Service was fast, courteous, and friendly. John is my go-to guy for any computer problem.
He is a wizard! A couple of months later the Blue Mountain died for good. Took me 3 laptops to find one I liked. John restored the two rejected machines to factory specs quickly and economically. Can't recommend him too strongly. Carol Bull, Bellingham, WA
