I want to inform my customers affordably, with required forms, a small portfolio, or in-depth articles on my business or industry. Oh, and I'd like a customized look. I already have a website but I need to make some changes to it or something isn't working right anymore. My site needs to sit up and do tricks, like shopping carts, members-only areas and database integration. It also needs to be a good watchdog.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. Their customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful from the start. It was clear that they lacked even the most basic knowledge about computer repairs. Instead of resolving the issues, they seemed confused and unable to provide clear explanations or solutions.

Communication was frustratingly slow, and they were often dismissive when I asked questions. Even after several visits, the problem with my computer wasn’t fixed, and I was left feeling like they were more interested in pushing unnecessary services than actually helping.

I would not recommend to anyone who needs reliable and competent computer repair services. There are far better options out there. Save yourself the time and frustration by choosing another company.
