My phone was stolen from our Air BnB and I had been tracking it all day. It was taken to this computer shop. I called the second I saw it here and the guy who answered had ZERO interest in helping me and then hung up on me. I never even got a chance to ask for a manager. I have notified the police and a report was taken. Just a warning for those bringing your items here.

I didn't even buy that ring. The worst customer experience. He made me take an photo of another customer buying their product. I advise anyone not to ever go to the computer house. They will give you little money for the things that you paid expensively for. I felt like I got scammed.

The lens on the back of my iPhone 11 got cracked. I brought it to Computer House and they were able to fix it in MINUTES. I definitely recommend these guys.

This store is a hidden gem! They are the only electronic store in Nashville that can handle all of your electronic needs and bonus: they are a great Amazon hub for those who have a need for package delivery without a dedicated address. I am not from Nashville so my GPS guided me to a totally different location. I called Computer House and Daniel was very helpful with getting me to the right place.
He stayed on the phone with me until I pulled into the parking lot. When I got inside to receive my delivery it was not where it was supposed to be but Larry did not stop until my package was found. The customer service here is beyond stellar! Larry was also kind enough to help me load my package in the car. They are located next to a really cute park and next door to cool studio that hosts weekly events! Computer House in Nashville has so much to offer but I'm going to stop here. Go see for yourself!
