10 stars! Gus answered my text almost immediately. We had an old crashed computer and another "new" computer that was already filled with incomplete data that had been transferred incorrectly by me and needed to be deleted. It was a mess! He understood the problem, overcame numerous obstacles, and we had our new computer up and running the next morning. We are beyond happy!

Got my graphics tablet repaired very quickly and they did a kickass job on it. Charles was amazing and when I inevitably break my tablet again i know for a fact im coming back

Paid $75 for the initial fee to have my computer issue diagnosed and I had to call, repeatedly to get a status update (they didn't get to it). I picked it up after almost 3 weeks, I lost out on money trying to support a local small business. The guy at the front made sure to tell me that it was non refundable so I might as well leave my computer there. Zero communication, zero customer service.
