I brought my Mac in because I was having trouble with several things. Jackie figured out quickly what the problem was, and fixed it while I stood there. He actually explained to me what he was doing so I could follow along. Truthfully, if the problem happens again I will just bring it back in, but it was helpful to have some knowledge of the problem. AND I didn't even have to leave my computer! Thank you, Jackie, you were awesome! I have always brought my computer to Simplified when I have problems, and will definitely continue!

They were patient, and though in explaining what my options were. They could have easily sold me on a new computer, but they fixed mine efficiently in less time and at a lower cost than the estimate. Thank you, Simplified Computers.

I have been working with James both in my home and remotely for almost a year. He helped set-up a Mesh network system for four computers and two printers. He more recently integrated a One Drive to back-up the computers and cell phones. He is the consummate computer expert. He is very knowledgeable, articulate, and amazingly fast. As an aging computer user, I especially appreciate his calm, patient demeanor.

I took my laptop here to get the internal battery replaced. The original battery lasted 2 years. The replacement lasted 3 months, I called and was told I would have to pay the full price again for another battery, no thanks. I think they may have replaced mine with a cheaper or lower quality laptop battery.

I am so shocked by the service here! I am a college student with little to no knowledge about computers and spilled some coffee inside my charging port. I went to BestBuy and consulted several other businesses before making my way here. The man who helped me was SO kind and went the extra mile to see what he could do. For context, I have a Microsoft laptop which is notoriously tricky to get repaired. He did extra research for me and helped me figure out the problem within 30 minutes and I was on my way. So grateful for this business and cant recommend more:

Not sure why I'm getting asked to review them, but years ago I took an old laptop in to get the screen fixed and they were great! I usually recommend them to people when they need a quick fix on their stuff.
