The owner and what seemed like his significant other did a flawless job getting my 1500$ custom pc working. Needless to say I went through all the trouble to build my first pc, and the worst happened no post (for non tech people that's sometimes power but nothing on the screen). I knew I was handing him a blank slate with no idea where to start. He fixed it diagnosed the good parts so I can determine if it was worth saving and installed the new parts!

I had recently taken my Xbox to a different repair shop to have my HDMI replaced, unfortunately the job was butchered and in need of repair again. I thankfully stumbled upon Logistics and definitely made the right decision sending my console here. Ben was very hands on and provided excellent work and customer service. He Went into great detail on the work he was putting in on my console and was extremely time efficient. Reached out to me on multiple occasions to inform me of the repairs he was putting in and was incredibly friendly. Despite my device not being able to be repaired by the technician, the effort and knowledge they share with you is beyond anything you would see from a large tech company. I did a mail order repair of my nintendo switch. I originally ordered the USB c port replacement but Ben found other issues and got the switch 100% operational. He updated me through each step of the repair, and got approval for all repairs before doing them.
