Forrest called back after we left a message. He worked very hard to make things happen. We had an unresponsive screen on an iPhone XR. He had the replacement ordered and to McCall in a couple days and got the phone fixed the same day. He even offered to work on it after hours. It works great. Great value and super great service.

Looking at all the past reviews that are over a year ago, I can see why there arent any current ones. I have stopped by 3 times in the last 5 days to no avail. how do you stay in business if you are never there. It's extremely frustrating to show up only to be told "they are on a service call" or "just stepped out" I see your hours and just left there for the 3rd time at 4:40 pm. Super frustrating that I now need to take my business to Boise only to go to a business like Best Buy since my small town people are never available. Thanks?

Very helpful, polite, and professional. The owner helped me out when I was in a jam, when my charger/adapter shorted out and my laptop would no longer charge, by loaning me his own personal charger until a new one could be ordered. It's nice to have this type of personal service in a small town like McCall!

We recently moved to McCall and my husband needed his remote working station set up. Multiple monitors new computer system etc. we had the best experience with our technician. We found out that not only can he help us with our computer equipment he can also set up the new stand up desk that arrived today. Then our next project for PC Plus is to help us use our DISH remotes! One stop helpful guy! So glad there are new owners! Give them a try!

The owner knew my family and still screwed me over. My $2000 Macbook Pro, that he said he could easily fix, is destroyed. I have no motherboard and a broken battery on top of the initial broken backlight. He didn't call to say he was ordering a new motherboard for $700 when we'd agreed to a $250 screen replacement. When my boyfriend and I went in to find out why we hadn't heard back from him in three weeks, he went berserk on my boyfriend.
He doesn't feel that he has to call customers to let them know he's doing different repairs and tripling the cost, and my boyfriend (himself a businessman) pointed out it was unacceptable business practice. The owner was so mad he threw office supplies around, called me angrily an hour later, and refuses to return my motherboard (which legally is nearly theft). I have filed a claim with the BBB. This isn't the first story of its kind I've heard about this company. BEWARE.
