My HP laptop had a broken hinge, initially I wasn't sure if it could be fixed. Took it in and showed it to Eli; he said that it could be, and he ordered new genuine HP parts. Had it back to me in less than 2 weeks, and now my laptop is like NEW again! Thank you Raganpro, you guys are the best!

I wish there was 6 stars to give these guys! Was in the middle of building my computer and ran in to some issues, Eli told me to come in and he would take a look. Not only did he fix my original problem but made a few adjustments to help my air flow and cable management, FOR FREE.
