1. User Names/Privacy We respect your privacy at ONE WORLD TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INC. ("ONE WORLD"). ONE WORLD will not release any of your information to third parties unless required to do so by law. Prior to any disclosure, ONE WORLD will make reasonable efforts to notify you. ONE WORLD will make every effort to accommodate SUBSCRIBERS' requests for personalized I.D.s.

To order any of our access services other than Email we generally must perform some location testing or surveys. OWT offers managed services which means we handle most of the technical details so please contact and let us explain what we offer and how we can make your life easier.

For the most part we need to communicate with you for most every web-based service. This can often be done via Email but call us or Email us and we will be happy to help you with your website solutions.

The City of Kennewick has decided that 25 years of having the same address is long enough. We have not moved but our part of Quay Street is now known as Roosevelt Street. Our mail will continue to work either way for some time but the street sign has been changed. Online maps will eventually change but you may still need to use Quay for a bit.
